Mirai Wellbeing approach
NDIS Provider

Support that feels human, because it should

Mirai Wellbeing is an NDIS provider delivering disability support across western and north-western Melbourne. Led by Ronald and a caring local team, we exist to assist people living with disability to live life on their own terms.

Our approach

Getting to know the person, then building support around them

We believe good support starts with listening. Before anything else, we take time to understand the person. Their goals, their routine, what they enjoy, and how they like things done. Only then do we shape support around them.

We work to the standards that give families confidence, but we never let process overshadow the individual. Support should feel less like a clinical service and more like a trusted partnership, and that is what we work hard to build each day.

We use person-first language always, because a person is never defined by their disability. We support participants, individuals and the people we support, each one with unique aspirations and boundaries.

Why families choose us

Families look for trust first. They want to know the people supporting their loved one are screened, dependable and genuinely kind. We hold ourselves to that standard on every visit, with clear communication and a team accountable to the people we support.

Our values

What guides everything we do

Person-first, always

We start with the person. Their goals, preferences and choices. Then we build support around them, never the other way around.

Reliability you can count on

When we say we will be there, we are. Consistency and trust are the foundation of good support, and we do not compromise on them.

Cultural sensitivity

Western Melbourne is wonderfully diverse, and we reflect that. We deliver support with genuine respect for culture, language and background.

Family-informed support

Families know their loved ones best. We keep them informed and involved, working as a team with the people who matter most.

Let's find the right support together

Whether you are new to the NDIS or reviewing your current supports, Ronald and the team are here to help. No pressure, and no confusing jargon.
