Can I choose which services I receive?

Absolutely. Every plan is flexible and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Do you offer ongoing or one-off support?

Both. We can provide regular ongoing support or short-term help when needed.

Do you have an after hour contact number?

We do. However, this is only available to Mirai Wellbeing participants and is given during the on-boarding process.

Does your organisation charge over the NDIS set budget?

No we don’t. All our prices are below the NDIS set budget and will always be under the set price. 

Do you charge for travel?

Yes, travel costs may apply depending on your location, in line with NDIS guidelines. We’ll always explain this clearly before starting services.
